Warranty and Returns


All of the products you can find on our website come with warranty from the manufacturer. This warranty covers all production and material defects. If you see something wrong with the product you received please get in touch with us right away. We will need to ask for description of the problem and some pictures so we can send you instructions on how to proceed.

Your claim will be send to the manufacturer which will take a decision in a period of 3 days. If the product is indeed defective we will provide you with a new one, free of charge, and will also offer you alternatives in the case you want to get a different product or if you want to get your money back. 365 Days Return Policy

We also offer a 365 days No Questions Asked Return Policy which means you can return any product as long as it is in a condition we can sell. In those cases when there is no complain regarding the state of the product or no  mistake on our side (wrong size, color etc) the delivery costs will have to be covered by the client.
